Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 calendar days (from receipt of product) for a store credit less the initial freight incurred or for a full refund less the freight initially charged and subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please understand we can only process returns and refunds for items directly purchased and filled from  Proof of purchase is required and you must return your item(s) in their original packaging and include the original invoice received with the merchandise.

Please call 800-251-0254 for a return authorization number prior to shipping the item to BTI Tools and please write the provided number(s) on the outside of the package.  Send the package prepaid, via UPS or insured U.S. mail to:

  • A product can only be returned if it was not used and is still in its original packaging.
  • All original packaging must be intact and in good condition.
  • It is not possible to accept returns on used, damaged, or soiled products.
  • Products must be received within 14 calendar days from when you initially received the item(s).
  • Custom produced items (such as custom lasered or inserted items),  are non-returnable or exchangeable.
  • All returned items will inspected prior to store credit or refunds being issued. 
After returned items are received and deemed to be in good condition you will then receive a credit via your original method of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for the processing of returns and issuance of credit upon receipt by BTI Tools Customer Returns.  Please note that the amount that will be issued will be less the freight initially charged and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
There will be no freight or restocking charges on returns that are the result of our error.  If you used a promotional code to pay for any part of an item that you are wishing to return, you will be credited only the amount actually charged to your credit card.

Cancellation policy: 
Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.  We will then provide you with a confirmation number regarding your requested cancellation.  Please note it is not possible to cancel any order that has already been shipped.

It is not possible to cancel custom orders.

If you refuse delivery of an order you will receive store credit less the freight cost to have the item returned to our facility.
